unquestionably the most successful, semi recent, hardcore band to come from the midwest. if you listen to hardcore, chances are you probably already know all about them. if for some reason you slept on this band, they are from marshalltown, iowa, and have toured with bands such as comeback kid, bane, ignite, strike anywhere, and more. they disbanded in 2008, but are still a staple in melodic hardcore as well as the midwest music scene.

this band was made with ex members of waster and the hero estates. although they werent around for too long, band made a huge name for themselves and were, in my opinion, the pride of illinois. awesome band, awesome guys. toured nonstop and put their heart into it, until things fell apart in early 2010. put out a self titled 7" and soon after followed up with ghost town anthems on closed casket records.

starting this blog off with waster from peoria, illinois. first hardcore band i was into, and the band that i credit being straightedge to. put out a 7" called question everything, toured a few times, and ended up putting out a 7" called failures on organzied crime before disbanding in early '09. members continue to be heavily involved in the peoria hardcore scene, and black teeth contains member(s) of waster.
